Located in a Georgian office building close to the city centre, we are a short walk from the famous Plymouth Hoe. Working on traffic and transportation, building structures and environmental projects, our office is a centre for multidisciplinary skills in the local area. Project work is sourced from a long-term partnership agreement with Plymouth City Council, as well as other public and private sector customers in Devon and Cornwall.
Our environmental and transportation staff are currently working on a derelict brownfield site at Dolcoath near Camborne in Cornwall. The aim is to create a neighbourhood which brings a fresh approach to the use of energy conservation, along with a reduced carbon footprint and other sustainable methods of remediation and redevelopment.
Reflecting the community involvement of much of our work, our transportation staff recently helped a local primary school devise their travel plan, and PF sponsored a competition for the children to design the front cover. Most of our staff agree that working in Plymouth and south west is all about lifestyle with an emphasis on flexible working hours, so that plenty of time is left for the pursuit of their other interests on land and water.
Allson Allen leads and manages the office and is always keen to meet or speak to anyone interested in joining the local team. She can be contacted by email on
