Based in the village of Westbury-on-Trym is our Bristol office which was set up in 2001 in order to develop the provision of water, rail and transportation engineering consultancy services.
The office has grown to over 20 professional staff and has enjoys many successful relationships with customers throughout the Region. There is a well balanced team made up of civil, structural and geotechnical engineers as well as mechanical and electrical engineers, and environmentalists.
The newly refurbished office is located in a central position and is within easy reach of the nearby motorways and rail links as well as the centre of Bristol.
We are extensively involved in the design of exciting and high profile projects for water companies and other customers, these range from reinforced concrete clean water service reservoirs to complex pumping stations, pipelines and treatment works requiring coordination of multidisciplinary design and project management. Some of our projects involve working in close liaison with professionals across the company, in particular with our offices in Reading and Exeter. We also work with local authorities such as the North Somerset District Council, and there are opportunities further afield on projects in the EU.
Typical projects we are working on require a careful consideration of environmental, planning and estates needs with those of economic and practical design, in order to ensure we deliver sustainable scheme that meet our customers’ needs.
