Land Development & Regeneration

We offer an integrated multi-disciplinary service for all engineering aspects of the infrastructure associated with land development. This includes the provision of primary infrastructure (including primary services), environmental assessment, contaminated land, flooding risk, traffic planning and road design. Our projects include the regeneration of brownfield and greenfield sites with a strong focus on the sustainable development of:

Paddington Basin Regeneration
We played a major role in the regeneration of the Paddington Goods Yard site including the commercial development at Paddington Central, the residential schemes at West End Quay and the refurbishment of the Grand Union Canal to its former glory. The key challenge was to take into account the future multibillion pound Crossrail scheme.
