Replacement of three buildings in London with an eight-storey mixed use building. The basement (approx 3m below ground level) contains plant rooms, bicycle storage and shower facilities. 40m2 of solar panels were specified, generating 5 kW of peak power, allowing the scheme to achieve the required Code for Sustainable Homes level.
