Appointed for Phases 1 and 2. Involved in a due diligence of the development cost of an integrated port and storage facility. Further work consisted of quarterly reviews, progress reports until completion of project. The marine facility includes an offshore jetty with berthing mooring and transfer arrangements, a 3.4km long approach trestle from the jetty head to shore and navigational and marine operational facilities. Onshore facilities included storage facilities, a piping system and water treatment and firefighting facilities.
