Assessment and review of a 3,000-hectare site in N’Sele near Kinshasa. The site is being developed through a detailed feasibility study involving site assessment of the existing infrastructure. The work includes determining the basic natural geographical and physical characteristics, major on-site and off-site infrastructure, and utilities infrastructure services. This initial first stage study will lead to the development of a masterplan in Stage 2.
