The City of Kirkuk has an area of 11,000 hectares and a population of 1.05 million. Our brief included a review of existing and historic city plans and assessment of urban infrastructure in light of forecast of growth patterns over 25-year horizon. Trained 50-100 Iraqi to overtake the execution of the masterplan providing sustainability.
