To maximise the 500 metre beachfront views the £310M development is built at varying heights. A large range of facilities within the development such as swimming pools, private gardens, retail facilities, gymnasiums and libraries will also be available for residents. We provided Mechanical and Electrical engineering design services for this prestigious development.
