We were part of a design team commissioned to provide concept designs for a Hotel and Residential complex to be constructed adjacent to the new National Stadium at Wembley in the London Borough of Brent. The development will consist of a 19 storey hotel starting at ground floor level and three 10 storey residential accommodation blocks constructed above 2 levels of car parking starting at ground floor level. A podium with landscaped open areas between the four blocks sits atop a car park. read more

We have been commissioned to remodel and to re-identify 20 Chesham Place into the highest quality of hotel accommodation, providing a 5 star+ environment appropriate to its location in both its exterior and interior presentation.
