In Britain's fastest growing and most successful new city, our office has played a major part in the development of the new town since its inception 40 years ago.
We work pro-actively with public and private sector clients to build sustainable communities and add value to land holdings. At Bedford, we recently advised a major developer during the planning process for 2700 new homes and are now designing the new infrastructure for it. At Luton, we are designing a major new inner ring road extension as part of a plan to regenerate the town centre.
Sustainability lies at the heart of our business and is exemplified in our current work on a new 200 acre mixed use development in South Wales. In addition, we have recently completed an award winning sustainable housing development in Upton, Northamptonshire, which incorporates exemplary sustainable urban drainage.
