Pell Frischmann is continuing to monitor and follow government advice and guidance regarding the ongoing coronavirus situation. Our focus is the health, safety and wellbeing of our colleagues and clients as well as the communities within which we work.
This is an unprecedented time for everyone and the situation is changing daily. We are confident that the precautions we have put in place will ensure the continuity of our business operations and that clients continue to receive the highest quality service with minimal disruption.
Being a cloud-based services company, you can rest assured that the performance of our delivery should not be unduly effected. We have heavily invested in our IT infrastructure over recent years and robustly tested a number of scenarios as part of our business continuity planning, with one of the main scenarios being the incorporation of affective agile working. This has enabled our staff members to efficiently work remotely with access to our networks, software and data.
Our collaborative culture also means that we are well-suited to operate effectively during these unique times. We are well practised in working with geographically-disparate teams from other consultants and even other continents, with effective, high-quality communication having always underpinned our business model.
In terms of staff capacity, all projects have been reviewed and succession issues considered to ensure that resilience - in the case of unavoidable staff absence – does not unduly affect the service our clients receive. Our multidisciplinary structure also means that there is further resilience as a result of the allocation of senior resources from more than one discipline, which allows each discipline to support and provide resources on a project should it become necessary.
Our offices remain open and operational as usual, staff can be contacted directly via their existing work extensions and emails.
However, in order to help us keep the office safe and all residents, employees and clients healthy during the current COVID-19 situation, we would encourage everyone to adopt video-conferencing, through the likes of Microsoft Teams and Skype, to enable scheduled meetings to go ahead and communication to continue to flow.
We will continue to monitor the situation and are committed to maintaining our business operations and ensure we continue to produce the highest quality service with minimal disruption.
Thank you for your support, Iain Bisset, Managing Director.
