Pell Frischmann is delighted to be appointed onto Great Places Housing Group’s Innovation Chain North Framework to deliver civil engineering design and consultancy in support of social and affordable housing projects across the region.
Appointed to both the East and West Civil Engineering lots, this four-year framework looks to support the delivery of new homes across the north of England, not only to support Great Places’ development ambitions but also other Housing Associations operating within the region.
Helen Spencer, Great Places’ Director of Development, said: “We are delighted to be working with Pell Frischmann on our new ICN framework. We are confident they will be able to work with us and the clients of ICN in delivering the sector’s extensive development ambitions in the North. We were delighted to have a huge response from the market and receive high-quality proposals and substantial social value pledges for our communities. We are now looking forward to mobilising the framework and working together on new projects with Pell Frischmann supporting us with their civil engineering capability”.
James Walsh, Pell Frischmann’s Framework Manager, said: “We are very pleased to have won a position on the ICN framework. It was a real team effort from the Pell Frischmann Manchester office and we look forward to working with the clients, delivering a high quality service for them and driving forward the realisation of their ambitions to deliver much needed new homes to tackle the housing crisis. We are proud to have committed to a range of social value initiatives by Great Places Housing Group as part of appointment to the framework.”

We look forward to passionately pursuing solutions with Great Places and partners to deliver safe, high quality and sustainable results on the Innovation Chain North framework.
