Hertfordshire CC Framework Success

We are pleased to announce that Pell Frischmann have been successful in their bid to Hertfordshire County Council to obtain a place on their framework for Property Estates & Specialist Consultancy Services.

Hertfordshire County Council manages a diverse portfolio of property which supports the delivery of a wide range of services to residents of Hertfordshire as well as acting as the corporate landlord for a large number of schools across the County. The County the property portfolio in June 2010 totalled 1,942 buildings with a cumulative value of GBP 2.32bn. The Council has set up the framework covering a wide range of professional services. The 4-year framework will be used to procure schemes with a value ranging between £4,000,000 and £6,000,000.

We have been successful on all lots of Environmental and Highways Services we applied for, including the following: EIAs, Biodiversity, FRAs, Arboriculture, Transport Assessments, Traffic Studies and Highways Design.
