Part-Time Receptionist - London

Job Title:                            Receptionist

Reports to:                        PA to the Senior Management Team

Direct Reports:                 None

Main Purpose of the Job

Based in our London office you will provide Front of House reception cover in the afternoons as well as administration assistance when required.

  • Meet and greet clients
  • Co-ordinate meeting room bookings
  • Prepare and order meeting room refreshments
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as photocopying and binding documents
  • Maintaining safe and clean meeting rooms and reception area
  • Arrange couriers
  • Schedule transport for staff and visitors
  • Assist Team Administrators with general admin tasks

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. binding and franking machines)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
