Main Purpose of the Job


Pell Frischmann are creating a new office in Edinburgh and are looking for experienced and energetic candidates. We are seeking a highly organised and efficient individual to support our new Edinburgh team.  The successful candidate will act as Office Manager and assistant to the Divisional Director.


Main Duties and Responsibilities;


  • Manage, coordinate and maintain calendar of the Divisional Director including appointments, meetings and travel.

  • Responsible for organising of internal and external meetings on behalf of the Divisional Director ensuring all necessary requirements are made.  

  • Assist with the production of financial management documents and reports.

  • Assist in setting up of projects and compliance to company procedures.

  • Provide executive and administrative support to the technical team. 

  • Responsible for organising team travel and logistics.

  • Monitor and respond to incoming communications. 

  • Secretarial and report formatting support for the wider technical team.   

  • Communicating and co-ordinating important updates, Health & Safety notifications, and local monitoring and reporting for the Quality Management systems. 

  • Structure the team calendars.

  • Manage the office environment.


What Qualifications, Experience & Skills are Essential or Preferred to be successful in the role?  









·         Ideally a minimum of 5 years equivalent experience

·         Previous experience of an engineering organisation



·         Communication skills; Verbal & Written

·         Judgement and problem solving

·         Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

·         Excellent work and time management skills

·         Able to work on own initiative and with integrity
